The sensor utilizes Tin Dioxide (SnO_2) as its primary sensing material. When the internal heater warms the (SnO_2) layer, it reacts with hydrogen molecules in the atmosphere. This reaction reduces the sensor's internal resistance, which the module converts into a readable voltage for your microcontroller.
