2.2-inch Flex Sensor (Bend Sensor)
The sensor consists of a flexible substrate printed with conductive ink. As the sensor is bent, the distance between the particles in the ink increases, which in turn increases the electrical resistance. Because this change is predictable and linear, you can easily calculate the exact angle of a finger or a robotic joint.
