08 Line Sensor Array with 8-Channel Analog & Digital Line Tracking
This array is designed for maximum coverage. With ~15mm spacing between each of the eight sensors, the module covers a total width of approximately 105mm. This wide "vision" ensures that even if a robot overshoots a sharp turn, the outer sensors will catch the line and allow the system to correct its course before it completely loses the path.

Why it’s a Competitive Robotics Essential:
• Ultra-Smooth PID Navigation: With eight analog data points, you can calculate an extremely precise "Center of Mass" for the line. This allows for fluid, organic steering movements that are much faster than the jerky "zig-zag" motion of 2-sensor or 3-sensor robots.
• Complex Pattern Recognition: 8 channels allow your code to identify more than just a line. You can program the robot to recognize:
o Full Cross-Roads: All 8 sensors triggered.
o T-Junctions: 4 or 5 sensors triggered on one side.
o End of Track: All 8 sensors lose reflection.
